Three heroes with real weapons in hand, facing the tyrant dragon Thyrenos towering across a ~17-meter curved LED wall. The LED floor beneath you paints the boss's attack zones in real time — when the ground glows, you run for real. Pick up a weapon to pick your role: the Warrior tanks up close with sword and shield, the Magic Caster weaves spells to attack, heal and buff, and the Ranger snipes weak points from range. Every role feeds the others — one team, one fight, about thirty minutes.

The Arena's newest zone: a high-resolution LED floor that joins seamlessly with the LED wall in front of it. Visuals travel from the wall down across the floor with no visible seam — players stand inside the picture, not in front of it. UWB positioning tracks players and props to the centimeter, and the same space instantly becomes an interactive show, exhibition or event stage.
Grab a giant UWB-tracked brush and paint the floor — claim the most ground before time runs out. Rival colors can always be painted over, exploding paint buckets drop mid-match, and the wall runs a live territory scoreboard for the crowd.
Walk to pilot your own starfighter. Enemy squadrons assemble on the LED wall, then descend onto the floor — the closer they get, the higher the pressure. Score race by lane, or defend the whole field together.
A 3-vs-3 physical e-sport on a smart LED floor — paint more territory than the enemy team. Three roles: the Vanguard claims ground and hauls bunker boxes, the Striker erases enemy units with a multi-mode energy rifle, and the Commander deploys units, turrets and a game-changing Boss from a VR card deck.

Every play becomes a stat. The entire Arena doubles as a performance field — every game feeds thirteen metrics into your personal athlete profile across three tracks: Vanguard (speed, jump power, endurance, reaction), Striker (aim, steady hands, timing) and Commander (logic, memory, split-second decisions). Leaderboards and seasons keep the ladder fresh — all pointing toward a Phygital Olympic stage where real bodies and real stats compete for real prizes, backed by a ~600 sqm outdoor proving ground.

"I want a floor-is-lava game where stars rain down the wall and everyone collects them together." That's all it takes — no code, no jargon. The AI builds the game, you playtest it on a home simulator, tune it by talking ("make the stars fall a bit faster"), then hit Run at the Arena — and two hundred LED tiles ignite at your feet while the walls, lights and sound all move to your game. The full Fortal character cast, voices included, stands by to host it. Every created game lives inside system guardrails, from lighting to language — kids create without limits, venues never worry.
